what about the "Alternative #2"?.....it mentions a $3.00 share price
with different capitalization requirements. i don't think they qualify
this way but who knows.....i thought i recently read somewhere in cyber
land that DRNK had in excess of 5.8m in the bank...cash...isn't that a
"tangible asset"?
