There already was uncertainty about RMBS. See electronicnews.com, which details how Intel is backing off from Rambus. The article appeared almost two weeks ago. MU filing suit is just another nail in the coffin, I think, perhaps MU's way of trying to bring the whole matter to a public conclusion.

In any case, I don't see how this suit by itself will cause more than a small ripple in Naz. Maybe it will be the excuse for people to take profits, that is possible. We've had a nice run here, we're probably overbought. I don't see anything serious yet. Not on account of Rambus. If anything, their demise might even help most other companies, one less royalty to pay.
