Yes, shares outstanding is approx. 64.4 million; float is much smaller.

If the company has not recently sold holdings other than DCLK, the SI portfolio has LDP's holdings at $1.367 billion or >$21.00 per share (inc. convertibles).

If the company's reporting period were today, the trailing PE right now would be around ONE. The company has earned its market cap. in one year, even while that market cap. has risen 150%.

The numbers are almost too good, for people looking at this for the first time probably think there is something wrong with the company.

None of following apply:

No lawsuits.
No long-term debt.
No inventory issues.
No accounts receivable issues.
No patent issues.
No product cycle issues.
No insider's dumping shares.
