Morgan,

I agree with what you are saying, but could you in general be giving the "market" too much credit?
Isn't your premise in part based on the principle that the market is actually fully aware of this company and fully understands it, and then in your posts you are postulating that the market is reacting or not reacting to this or that? Because you are aware of LDP, and understand it, doesn't mean the broader "market" either knows about it or understands it at all. One investor recently commented that because the earnings estimate for this quarter was for 25 cents, or some such nonsense, he wouldn't buy. Though a few facts were known, doesn't this demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of the company by that investor....one who has actually heard of the company. I suspect this sort of thing is fairly common.

Simply stated, I think to some degree you are leaving out the impact of new money and new investors that as of this date have never even heard of LDP. Isn't it just an insurance company?

Your comments about the purely technical factors are well taken. Weak hands to strong or whatever you want to call it. IMO, the underlying fundamentals and the potential for news or events somewhat overwhelms the import of the technicals (as long as the stock does not go parabolic). This is why I am not trading the stock. To each his or her own.

IMO, the stock could potentially "blow-up" on the upside with the right news or analyst coverage.

Good post.
Best regards
