I believe that RMBS filed for the patent(s) in the early 90's. They were RMBS own filings for their IPR. These patents were not granted until last year I believe..... I will try to get the actual info on this & post it, but I am fairly certain they did not buy these patents, nor were they 'after the fact' patents. BTW, your links are of no use to your argument.....
