Well to start with your so-called study said 1/3 of the African American "male" population or else there are no African American women in Texas (which may or may not account for the inordinate amount of crime). Are you suggesting crime should go unpunished because the decrease in crime is not to your liking or the people who did this study? Incredible.

Time to rev up the old drug-legalizing or de-criminalizing debate.
