I want to see Sanders gone. It will be good for AMD stock.

I couldn't agree less. Wall Street sees AMD as nothing more than a flash in the pan with a formidable competitor. Over time, AMD must compete with Intel successfully and stay profitable to convince the street of its renaissance....and its only time that will do the trick. Right now AMD needs Sanders.....his aggressiveness, his lack of fear, his indifference to criticism, entrepreneurialism.......rare qualities that I am fairly certain that Ruiz does not have.

It seems alot of people are offended with valuations bestowed upon the CSCO's and Intel's of the world vis-a-vis AMD's valuation. Well they need to get over it. If you look at their histories, the CSCO's and Intel's earned their lofty valuations by pumping out great earnings and growth quarter after quarter for more than 10 yrs.

AMD has had two good quarters in 3 or 4 years...not nearly good enough and hardly comparable to the record of a CSCO. I am long AMD; I think its doing a great job now and I will stick with it as long as it continues to execute in this manner but I am afraid it will be a while before it will earn Intel-like valuations.
