Carl: I sent the article to NETP and got an immediate response to the effect that the executives are looking at it, as are external PR and internal PR people. They think it worth responding. In brief they say the allegations about a recommendation engine recommending inappropriate or non-existing inventory is correct where the engine is not tuned and where the installation is only customer oriented. NETP tunes and has product analytics - a 360 view of every transaction and thats what distinguishes it from the crowd.
