Well there you have it! I rest my case! And as far as investment in concerned dont you wish you were invested in Microsoft (or perhaps you already are)!

Your profile indicates that you are 23 years old and graduated (or graduating) from University of Minnesota. That is my school too! I graduated in 1984 from U of M when I was 23, and as I recall at the time I had a totally different attitude toward investing compare to now as I took investing so personal and emotional instead of basing it on strict business fundamentals! I learned in time that when it comes to investing you need to go with the fundamentals and forget about other matters.

Personal problems with a particular company and its stock do not make sense if you want to make money! It is the same when I read people so passionately disliking Microsoft and go out of their way to convince themselves and others that Microsoft is evil, has horrible products, is manipulating others, etc. etc. etc. etc., and therefore not a good investment, etc. And I always get a good laugh reading such comments.

Anyway similarly from your posts on this thread I get the impression that you seem to have some very personal problems with Sun (and in particular its stock SUNW)!! Exactly why? I have no clue! I guess I kind of understand why you may base your investment decisions on non-fundamental business matters and rather emotional issues. But I just want to make one really friendly word of advice, if you are interested in making money and if you are looking at SUNW, dont fight it! The best approach would be to take a long position in the stock and just forget about everything else. It is never too late to make money!

Best Regards,

- Addi
