Technologies, Inc. (ARET) announced today that ARET is utilizing the design for the
NevStar 2000 Plan developed by Dr. Michael J. Signorelli, Chairman/CEO of NevStar
Gaming & Entertainment Corp. ( NVST ) developer of the Mesquite Star Hotel & Casino.
The design concept for the NevStar 2000 plan features a nostalgia hot rod custom car
theme, a five story roller coaster, covered multipurpose outdoor amphitheater, special
events-conference center, 20 screen theater complex to include an I-MAX Theater, 100
lane bowling complex, year round in-door tennis facility, world renowned restaurants, 300
room hotel tower ( all suites ), 40,000 square foot casino area, French Rivera
Discotheque and a Bavarian Beer Garden.
Mr. Janovec further stated, ``ARET has hired Dr. Signorelli as a consultant to assist in the
gaming industry. Mr. Signorelli's knowledge and experience in the Gaming Industry is
extensive and will provide a valuable resource of contacts for the NevStar 2000 Plan. By
utilizing Mr. Signorelli's NevStar 2000 Plan the design and development time will be
reduced significantly for completing a new hotel/casino complex that meets the needs for
the 21st Century locals market. At the present time, ARET & Mr. Signorelli are in
negotiation to Joint-Venture in one of two approved Gaming & Hotel sites in the locals
Henderson market commonly referred to as the Boulder Strip''.
