One more thing, EXTENSION IS GRANTED! Source please. Nothing on Bloomberg or DJN. But I did find this on Bloomie: Conseco Seen Unlikely to Regain Investment Rating for 2 Years By Dan Lonkevich New York, Aug. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Conseco Inc. may not regain its investment grade credit rating for at least two years because of the time it needs to sell assets and reduce its debt, according to a Moody's Investors Service analyst. Better grab a Snickers, you're not going anywhere for a while.
