I was thinking that a fair acquisition price for the company, lets say by nortel as suggested by groome, would be share for share.

@ that price we would be valued at US$1.5 billion which is basically head to head with tollgrade. Their prior years revenue's were about CDN$ 100 million which is what groome predicts for nhc's 2001. They are a year ahead, but the market is really just starting and we most certainly got on only minutes after the starting gun went off.

This would boost nortels shares from 2.90 billion to 2.92 billion, in other word F. all! It would also give them another tool to step well ahead of Lucent in the DSL market as lucent are still a customer of TSTN.
