Firm believes stock could fall to the single-digits.... GLIA shares currently trading at $8 3/4 in pre-market, down 65% from yesterday's close. 08:36 ET Gliatech Inc. (GLIA) 25 3/8: Company and Guilford Pharmaceuticals (GLFD) agreed to a mutual termination of merger after the FDA audit of certain items pertaining to the clinical data submitted to the FDA with respect to a U.S. clinical trial of ADCON-L.... GLIA shares tumble to $10 3/8 in pre-market. ****************** I have a feeling that order imbalances will create a buying opportunity for a short term trading bounce as in Nov99 with the FDA halt on shipments.
