Can you explain "no position"?

Note, I've looked at some Canadian drillers and they did have a slow 2Q, due to the late spring breakup. They are making up for it in 3Q. 3Q should be very much improved for TESCO top drive sales.
Meanwhile, it may trade with the oil market, but it still is being accumulated.
