My best guess is there is going to be a panick style correction as there are still too many high tech flyers running on no gas + the yearly weak markets in Sept/Oct.

This will take down all the small caps with them as earlier this year.

As always it will be very hard to buy as all will seem lost, but as always the market will recover and make new highs.
Many lowball bids will be hit, and thats where the big monies are made.

Now lets see if im right........
