Tangible Net Assets are defined as equity (assets less liabilities) less goodwill. DRNK's tangible net assets are about $6 to $7M - I haven't seen a balance sheet in a while.

(Yes, cash is a tangible asset, so are all other assets except goodwill).

Regardless, the stock is probabably moving because of the jump in the revenue growth rate - it's been about 32% for the past two quarters and now it's back up to the mid 40's. Not to mention most of the gross margin flows through to the bottom line due to the Company's low and stable fixed costs. This is a great sign.

Incidentally, I buy the diet rootbeer by the case - it's now in many supermarkets in Eastern PA.
