MW - Gregg P was right overall. Demand as expected ab initio isn't to be translated word for word. He is right in principal.

The only issue for me ab-initio is the price per minute and getting that down to levels somewhat comparable to ambient mobile prices has to happen.

If I'm a use I could care less about how much G*partners get or how much the local SP gets. If I'm a German in Costa Rica I want to phone home and I'm not going to do that if it costs over $1.75 per minute. Thats all I want to know...how much I or my company is going to have to pay per minute.

Now that means that the SPs in places like LA who have been gouging IDD users for decades are going to have to give up a bit. So what they will learn the lesson of those countries that have reduced phone charges. Their economies have benefited.

G* and the SPs just have to get the cost per minute on calls like LA/Europe down to realistic levels ( at the moment under $1.75 next year much lower) and G* is going to be a huge success.

Best regards,

L
