QCharts down, and even their web site quote.com fell off the map. 11:46AM QCharts back up. No surprise price is attempting a move in the other direction now. Price twice has attempted a move down with no success. Interesting that TRIN is continuing its move up. TICK has not been able to put in a move up yet. The ND futures is putting in a small test of top on its 7-min chart. The SPOO has been trading with low volume since 11:15 AM today. Bob Graham
