Also remember, the bill of impeachment represented just the tip of the iceberg. Apparently, the IC thought the items he included were sufficient to remove the man so, why pile on. Bad judgment. He should have presented the full boat. The real problem and the reason Clinton is unfit for the office is because he used the power and prestige of his office, the one he was elected to, to cover his personal wrongdoing.
