According to a Yahoo! poster, Ragen Mackenzie has upgraded NZYM from Market Perform to Accumulate, but I can't confirm passively:

May have to email them. According to Yahoo! Finance, no analyst currently follows the stock. So how come an upgrade? In any case, a nice heavy volume spike.
Ahrens has been selling steadily (but he has been for some time, so he's not much of an indicator (still holds ~1.3 M shares)), Knutson dumped 100,000 (because he's gone, right, or is memory failing?). But several are buying, including Sreeni. Therefore, my take on the apparently negative insider activity is actually positive. The buys were at about this level, right at $3, I believe.
Whatever's driving the price, I'll take it.
