The constitution says nothing directly about gun control. Thus, there can be none, according to the Constitution, unless it has to do with Interstate Commerce, correct? If the power is not specifically stated in the Constitution, then the Fed Gov't cannot control it. I think it is quite apparent that you are wrong on the right to keep and bear arms. Why would they put the right to have an army (militia) in the Bill of Rights, which is, BY DEFINITION, Individual Rights? Doesn't make much sense, unless you have indeed read the Constitution...
