Dear Tony: Rudedog, who works in that field says a NDA is normal and explains why in his post on the SUNW thread. My background is purely business but IMHO SUNW has done all that could be expected of them and nothing out of the ordinary seems amiss to me. I doubt the INTC thread though wishes to discuss SUNW. Its bad enough we have to put up with the AMDROIDS here without my adding to it. JDN
