BUYING NBCI AT 9..... Just about every .com has ben blown to smithereens and many are trading in the graveyard. The sector is despised. Just the sort of situation I'm looking for. NBCI intrigues me because (a) it looks like it has stopped going down (b) I don't beleive it will be left for dead. and (c) Piper released some positive comments today which generated some real buying interest. I think this one is going much higher.
