There isn't any news out that I can see anywhere......approx. 1:30 the volume and price exploded, right now it is trading at highs on the day at $31 1/4. I think an institution probably came in with a huge buy order and the momentum players have jumped on board. This is my guess..............it could be a mid afternoon call from a brokerage house(I highly doubt thats what is driving this big move up)
