Further OT re inequality The fact that I can retire at age 40 . . . seems very unfair. On the balance sheet of your assets there is also an expensive degree that you seem to have taken out of circulation. A rough guess would say that you have denied about 25 years of service to people who might have used it. Nor are you required to keep whatever part of your assets you deem to be too much. There are people who feel worse because they have too little. The point is not income redistribution to the poor; it just doesn't appear seemly to beat one's breast about being on the other end.
