IceShark, just wanted to nitpick on one of your points:

That's what the lawyers call a "broken kettle" defense. Micron better choose one argument or the other, since both at the same time would damage the credibility of Micron's case.

I suspect Micron already knows that the patents can't be made invalid, which is why they're going with the anti-trust argument and the story about Rambus trying to "defraud" JEDEC.
