Well, looks like the bet that IVAC made on expanding their sputtering business to FPD's is going to pay off. They just got a major order for 5 top of the line sputtering systems from a Japanese company. This could be the beginning of something big if the other players follow suit. Combined with a some more good news on the DoD front and IVAC could be over $10 by the end of the year... biz.yahoo.com
