Jim: You're right. The 10th time may be the charm for the Republican attack dogs. Clinton still faces the risk of being convicted in criminal court if the present grand jury convening in D.C. returns indictments. But that would be a dumb move for the Republicans to make. It would simply solidify the Democratic Party even more. And where would such a trial take place? Washington, D.C.? Isn't that where the mayor was acquitted even though the law had a video of him smoking crack?
