Am I smoking crack or is this easy money? I gather that the ratio is 1 CIST = .01916 CLL Using my own CIST holdings, and knowing today's price of CIST is 55ish cents and todays price of CLL is $41.75, don't I get a fair post-merger value of 80 cents for CIST? What am I missing here? Why isn't this easy money? Is there really that much doubt that the merger is going to go through?
