MSHE Enhances Business Plan to Take Advantge of Evolving
Industry Dynamics

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2000--MSH Entertainment, Corp. (OTC: MSHE) said today that it would re-file its SEC Form 10 which would make it a "fully-reporting" company by the end of the year. The Company has originally filed the Form 10 in March and voluntarily withdrew its registration statement in May.

MSH Entertainment is involved in the development and production of family oriented content for motion pictures, television, cable broadcasting and the Internet.

A Company spokesman said that "in view of the rapid changes occurring in technology and the entertainment industry environment, management has become aware of a number of new and exciting opportunities to which it plans to avail itself that will enhance and expand the existing business.

"In light of these developments, management felt that its new filing will more adequately reflect the direction of the business."

The spokesman continued that "it is likely that management will bring aboard some well known industry names and will begin developing and acquiring several properties that will strengthen its hand in competing in its industry."

The spokesman indicated that "management hopes to unveil its updated and enhanced program for MSH's near and long term growth within the next six weeks."
