Yogi -- MT mgmt is still in a state of confusion,, OK-- no morerace tracks but dumping the MED of MEDitrust to focus on the hotels with nothing being said of accomplishments. Debt still strong and sales of properties low and slow. Until they can REimplement a div there will be little interest,, and to gain heavy interest will cost a big div,, Sad as REITs have done well this year with few exceptions and this is the biggest exception,,,
