Ok, thus far it clear from one of the bond prospecti that the issuers of the bonds IS G*, L.P. My question now is, does G* L.P. own the GWs? sats? part of G*USA? whatever?

My suspicion is that the GP owns the assets and that in a BK, the bonds are in just as bad shape as the stock.
