Chic - if you are saying that the S80 benchmark was run nearly a year ago, and that SUNW may have only a brief day in the sun, sure I see, and agree. Still, this was a pretty good piece of work and will be useful for the SUNW sales team, who has been getting beaten up for the near-$100 cost per transaction and status at the bottom of the top-10 list.

I expect that the gigahertz Alpha machines will turn in some big numbers soon, as will the next generation of S80. But that's the game...
