Sorry Carl, I thought it would be more fun to wait until hospitals replace the "circumcision ritual" with the "FRAM insertion ritual". ...I just love a surprise endings. :8) Besides the jury is still way, way, out on RMTR. If RMBS wins this litigation, INTC will probably take their three FRAM patents and claim a 20 percent share of all sales from everybody. ...Then again - if RMBS loses Fujitsu, Samsung, Rohm and Hitachi will probably kiss little RMTR and her piddly little royalties good-bye. <g> Plus you failed to point out the regular dilutions, punctuated by the stark terror of 5 to 1 reverse splits, and all capped off by INTC IDIOT's adopting hot bricks as their "next" memory standard thereby precluding the "INTC Says So" crowd from utilizing RMTR products. No these Rambus'ers have far better things to do with their time and money than hang out at the INN. <g> 0\|0
