jhg, I can't really disagree with Bill, except his point I do believe, however, that competition in their segments is likely to intensify to a greater degree than in EMC's segments over the next 2-3 years

EMC is facing competititon from IBM, SUNW, Fujitsi and NTAP for the core business. And EMC knows that, even if BIll does not.

I guess I do disagree with Bill.
