Obviously, I am very misguided. So enlighten me:
Why is it constitutional to outlaw hand grenades,
flame throwers, shoulder launched surface to air missiles,
and tactical nuclear weapons, and unconstitutional to outlaw other weapons which have no reasonable use for self defense?
And why is it constitutional to outlaw some weapons, but unconstitutional to require licensing of all weapons?
