BOSTON, Aug 29, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Infotopia Inc. (OTCBB:IFTP) announced
today that the Torso Tiger has continued to sell strongly. Tony Ferracone, Chief
Financial Officer for Infotopia, stated "This marks Infotopia's second week with
the product and it doesn't seem to be letting up at all. Obviously some weeks
are stronger than others, but it appears that we did over $750,000 in sales last
week with the Torso Tiger."
Mr. Ferracone went on to explain the delay in putting sales figures on the
companies web site, "We have been evaluating regulatory issues carefully to
ensure that we don't cross the line by putting information on our website that
isn't available elsewhere. It may take a little longer than we originally
expected, but our focus is to build a solid website that allows every Infotopia
