Talk Visual and WorkSeek.com to Provide TV225 Videophones and Videocall Services to Job Fair Industry

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2000--(OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION Chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with WorkSeek.com of Laguna Hills, California, to form a joint venture marketing operation to provide the Company's TV225 videophone and related domestic and international videoconferencing and videoconference bridging services to the Job Fair marketplace.

In a statement released today, Mr. Zwebner said, "We believe that videoconferencing is a product which has arrived for the Job Fair industry. Our plans with Workseek.Com will, we hope, herald a new era in visual communications and an exciting advancement for the job search industry. Our TTV225 product, and the related videocall services provided through our operator-mediated RADVision (NASDAQ: RVSN) bridge and multi-point conference unit (MCU), will save corporations money, time and human resources in the ever-present search for new employees. Companies availing themselves of our new offerings will dramatically improve some of the long-established methods and costs of hiring new employees. We are pleased to work with a top professional operation like WorkSeek, who have amongst their clients many of the top companies in North America."

Derek Ludwig, President and CEO of WorkSeek.Com, stated "We are very excited about our new relationship with Talk Visual. It further advances WorkSeek.com's position as a market leader and innovator in the Recruitment Industry, while helping to expand Talk Visual's presence in corporate America. By using Talk Visual's TV225's and videoconferencing services, WorkSeek's clients can conduct offsite interviews at over 200 national career fairs affordably through advanced videoconferencing, rather than incurring the typical time and travel costs of being at the events. This partnership marks the first big step forward in the evolution of recruitment and staffing through the use of technology."

Eugene Rosov, Talk Visual's President and Chief Executive Officer, has taken on the responsibility for implementation of the program. From the Company's headquarters in Miami, Florida, Mr. Rosov said, "We're very pleased to be working with Derek Ludwig, WorkSeek's President, and his vice-president for sales, Bob Ronchi. They have effectively positioned WorkSeek as the leader in the Job Fair marketplace - a position that will be enhanced and firmly underwritten by their deployment of our TV225 product and related services. Our team is working closely with WorkSeek to bring the TV225 onto the desk of many major corporations' Human Resources department, and allow interviewers and interviewees alike the many benefits inherent in seeing and hearing one another."
