Zwebner announced today that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with WorkSeek.com of Laguna Hills, California, to form a joint venture marketing operation to provide the Company's TV225 videophone and related domestic and international videoconferencing and videoconference bridging services to the Job Fair marketplace.
