Orleans ON: Robin Dow, President, Patrician Consolidated Gold Mines Ltd. ("Patrician"), is pleased to announce today that Patrician has entered into a Letter of Intent with Reflex Systems Inc. ("Reflex") (www.reflex3d.com) of Montreal, Quebec, which proposes that Patrician and Reflex amalgamate. The full details of the proposal will be released after a Pre-filing Conference with the Canadian Venture Exchange ("CDNX"). Both companies expect to be able to file the required materials with CDNX the week of September 5th.
The purpose of the Amalgamation is to assist Reflex with financing development of its current products and to list the amalgamated entity on CDNX through the means of a reverse takeover of Patrician by Reflex. The amalgamated company shall be called Reflex Systems Inc. The final date of amalgamation is dependent upon the timing of the filing of certain materials with CDNX, the approval of those documents by CDNX and thereafter the approval of the shareholders of both companies.
Reflex is a software development company with the goal of becoming the world's leading provider of high-definition 3D human generation technology, which software would produce realistic human models in the service of entertainment, scientific/medical and business applications.
