OMD, Microsoft has a whole set of problems outside of the litigation that makes them a bad investment. PC is dead Operating System competition as focus moves to browsers Microsoft can't crack the server market. SUNW is still kicking their butts. Microsoft lost the handheld battle - at least so far Smart people have left or are leaving Innovation is dead..... OG
