Disagree... LU will be spinning out the opto-electronics business. This will compete with JDSU and NT's and will yield a capitalization comensurate with JDSU's. LU will also spin out the old-world PBX business which is still a huge business but flat growth... it'll still get a good cap >$20B. What will be left will be an NT/CSCO like business - lean and focused. Execution will be key but I believe they'll pull it off. Last - lets not forget the extensive intellectual property/patent portfolio.

In total, at a current cap of $140B and an undervalued optical business LU is an easy double once you add in the value of the spin outs.
