Chris i think merger is going through i called celltech 2w ago and they said all ready papers were send to sec and when they say yes then it should be matter of weeks anyhow market is building serious premies in because some deals fall trough eg cyto glia :-( btw i think management in glia should change drasticly Cheers Stefaan
