I don't know anything about the stock price being manipulated, but their technology is definitely not old. There are basically only two different ways to produce the SIMOX wafers and they have virtually cornered the market on one of them.

I bought the stock on the initial IPO since I knew the company and the business, but then I also sold half my stock when it hit 11.
