Hello, There are lurkers in the dark, waiting and watching... I think visibility is what hurts this stock. That and the fact of it's remoteness to the US, the financial condition of the region, taxes, government behavior etc... I read the Economist, a publication from the UK, that features regions around the world, but have not seen much on this area. I'll see if I can do some DD on the area and contribute to this thread...Best of luck to all... V/R Patrick
