Perhaps taking a more agnostic approach and moving money from relatively strong to relatively weak stocks will work better than a buy and hold. Over time, you can participate in the growth of the sector while accumulating shares through a buy low and sell high discipline.

Yeeehaaa...I swapped 2000 RFMD at 42.375 for 2000 AHAA at 40.75 and 1000 VTSS at 92 for 3000 ANAD at 32 a few days ago. Wish they all worked out this way!
