1st amendment
As you have pointed out. Free speech in not an unlimited right. There is commercial or incendiary speech which is limited. Obviously the words of the 1st amendment are taken in the context of the rest of the Constitution. Equal protection under the law is the foundation of the Constitution. All parts of the document have to be read in that context.
