flack & for anyone interested: monk from the RB board is a small cap guru.... people love this guy. since i dont dabble in smalls too much i dont track his picks. but from what i hear he's good. i may start to track his picks, especially this time of year ;^) he's a good guy too. tell him pooh sent ya.
