And what about those grades I got??? Well, I was an English major in college so I got lots of papers graded and graded a few myself.... I would say that the B- was appropriate, maybe even kind given the gratuitous and self-serving (not to mention incorrigible) personal reference. The C+ was a little harsh, not because the piece didn't have problems but because he handed out high grades to some utter drivel written by others. As for it being sexist, usually stuff is not sexist or racist when it is claimed to be; usually it is just motivated by personal animus directed at the individual. So that claim must be denied as well. I am thinking of starting a thread..... long stories, more than 50 words. Whaddaya think???? (I would be the grader of course)
