I haven't been paying much attention to DRIV. But I do hold a lot of TSQD Escrow shares, and wrote to DRIV IR to find out when we could expect distribution. The following is a cut and paste of the email they sent to me.

Dear Mr. Hudson,
The only thing I can tell you is that the distribution could take up to 2 years from the transaction date. Digital River is not in control of the distribution, the Tech Squared trust is.
