Didn't WWI start in Yugoslavia?

That might have been the spark that set it off but the tensions where rising and the alliances where set. The assassination might have pulled the trigger but it didn't
load or aim the gun.
In any case Yugoslavia has very little chance of trigering a world war now. In fact that extremly small chance is probably increased (by an fairly insignifigant amount) by getting involved in the region.
